Special Meeting
January 14, 2009 8 p.m.
PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mr. Carr, Mrs. Byrnes, Mr. Mignogna and Ms. Lambert
ABSENT: Ms. Pinckney
VILLAGE OF BRIARCLIFF MANOR – 399 NEPERAN ROAD
Ms. Wendy Sperduto, Engineer, reviewed with the Board plans for a new Pump Station at the Tarrytown Lakes.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
The Board unanimously agreed to continue the public meeting at the January 21, 2009 meeting to address the following issues:
- Cast stone header above the west side garage door and entrance door and, the entrance door on the south side;
- Mortar Leigh BDN685, brick Jumbo Queen Sport Blend A;
- Concave tool joint;
- Sign: "Village of Briarcliff Manor" on one line, "Pump Station of Village of Briarcliff Manor" on one line. Same font and size letters, maximum 4 feet by 2 feet (as per the Planning Board) including the post – border must be the same color;
- Fence: 6' metal green fence;
- Gate: 2-22' long, 6' high;
- Small landscape berm along the road in front of the building;
- Lighting: need detail on lighting plans: height of poles, number of poles, type of lamps, design and all fixtures must be of the same family/color.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s December 17, 2008, be approved as submitted. Ms. Pinckney abstained. Motion carried.
