ABSENT: Members, Mr. Mignogna, Ms. Pinckney and Mr. Carr
FIXELL/HUDSON RESIDENCE – 117 NO. WASHINGTON STREET
The Board reviewed plans for repairs and renovations to an existing concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated August 20, 2008, from Michael Blau, Environmental Review Officer:
“Fixell/Hudson Residence – 117 No. Washington Street - I have reviewed this application for repairs and renovations to an existing concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve repairs and renovations to an existing concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall at 117 North Washington Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department August 20, 2008.
HEUTER RESIDENCE – 80 VAN WART AVENUE
The Board reviewed plans of a six foot high privacy fence on the east and south side and five foot high picket fence on the west side of the house.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated August 20, 2008, from Michael Blau, Environmental Review Officer:
“Heuter Residence – 80 Van Wart Avenue - I have reviewed this application for a six foot high privacy fence on the east and south side and a five foot high picket fence on the west side of the house and determined the proposals appear to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a six foot high privacy fence on the east and south side and five foot high picket fence on the west side of the house at 80 Van Wart Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department June 27, 2008.
BUTLER RESIDENCE – 90 GROVE STREET
The Board reviewed plans to replace and extend existing gate to parking in rear of property facing Fairview Avenue.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated August 20, 2008, from Michael Blau, Environmental Review Officer:
“Butler Residence – 90 Grove Street - I have reviewed this application to replace and extend existing gate to parking in rear of property facing Fairview Avenue and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve replacing and extending existing gate to parking in rear of property facing Fairview Avenue at 90 Grove Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department July 15, 2008.
MORGAN RESIDENCE – 37 TAPPAN LANDING ROAD
