GRANT RESIDENCE – 69 CHURCH STREET
No one appeared on behalf of the applicant.
STRAUCH RESIDENCE – 99 DEERTRACK LANE
Mr. Manuel Casada, architect, reviewed with the Board plans to remove and replace a one car garage and deck with new garage and deck.
Zoning Board approval received February 11, 2008.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
Mr. Steven Kasoff – 105 Deertrack Lane.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated February 20, 2008, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Strauch Residence – 99 Deertrack Lane - I have reviewed this application to remove and replace a one car garage and deck with new garage and deck and determined the proposal appears to pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve the removal and replacement of a one car garage and deck with a new garage and deck at 99 Deertrack Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department December 21, 2007.
DUNKIN DONUTS – 137 WILDEY STREET
Mr. Michael Mastrogiacomo, engineer, reviewed with the Board plans for an illuminated wall sign.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve an illuminated wall sign at 137 Wildey Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department February 20, 2008.
