ROLAND RESIDENCE – 99 WILSON PARK DRIVE

MOSCA RESIDENCE – 23 DIXON STREET

WACHOVIA BANK – 350 SOUTH BROADWAY

The Board reviewed plans for renovations including addition of an ATM machine and relocation of existing sign.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
        
“Wachovia Bank – 350 South Broadway – I have reviewed this application for addition of an ATM machine and find the proposal poses no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve the addition of an ATM machine and relocation of existing sign at 350 South Broadway as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 16, 2006.

MOSA RESIDENCE – 179 RIVERVIEW AVENUE

The Board reviewed plans for the addition of three dormers at the front of the house and a full dormer at the rear of the house.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
        
“Mosa Residence – 350 South Broadway – I have reviewed this application for addition of three dormers at the front of the house and a full dormer at the rear of the house and find the proposal poses no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve the addition of three dormers at the front of the house and a full dormer at the rear of the house at 179 Riverview Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 16, 2006.

MISTRY RESIDENCE – 11 BEECH LANE

Mr. David Robak, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for new front vestibule, replacement of siding, windows and roofing.

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
        
“Mistry Residence – 11 Beech Lane – I have reviewed this application for a new front vestibule, replacement of siding, windows and roofing and find the proposals pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve a new front vestibule, replacement of siding, windows and roofing at 11 Beech Lane as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 23, 2006.

VOLPACCHIO PROPERTY – 42 WILDEY STREET

The Board reviewed plans for replacement of an existing two-sided ground sign.  

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.  

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve the replacement of an existing two-sided ground sign at 42 Wildey Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 27, 2006.

THE CLOTHES DOCTOR – 1 DIVISION STREET

Martin Diano, architect, reviewed with the Board plans of a new store front and canopy over parking area.

Planning Board approval received October 23, 2006.  

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:

“The Clothes Doctor – 1 Division Street – The Planning Board reviewed this application for a new store front and canopy over parking area and determined the proposals pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve a new store front and canopy over parking area at 1 Division Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 27, 2006.

KRIEGER RESIDENCE – 29 SHELDON AVENUE

Mr. Sam Vieira, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for renovation of front elevation, new covered entrance and new siding.         
 
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:

“Krieger Residence – 29 Sheldon Avenue – I have reviewed this application for renovation of front elevation, new covered entrance and new siding and find the proposals pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried to approve renovation of front elevation, new covered entrance and new siding at 29 Sheldon Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 27, 2006.

PEREIRA RESIDENCE – 66 CENTRAL AVENUE

Mr. Sam Vieira, architect, reviewed with the Board plans to enclose front porch and install new stairs.                  

Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated November 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:

“Pereira Residence – 66 Central Avenue – I have reviewed this application to enclose front porch and install new stairs and find the proposals pose no significant adverse environmental impact.”

Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve enclosing front porch and installing new stairs at 66 Central Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department October 27, 2006.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
                
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried that the minutes of the Architectural Review Board’s October 11, 2006, be approved as submitted.  Motion carried.
