PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mrs. Byrnes, Ms. Lambert, Mr. Carr, Mr. Mignogna and Ms. Pinckney
BARBARA STERNAU – 37 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for installation of new bay windows and replacement of sign for new tenant in the Main Street Historic District.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated March 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Sternau – 37 Main Street - I have reviewed this application for installation of new bay windows and find the proposal poses no adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Mignonga and unanimously carried to issue “Certificate of Appropriateness” for installation of new bay windows and replacement of sign for new tenant in the Main Street Historic District at 37 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department March 6, 2006 and March 14, 2006.
REBELLO RESIDENCE – 218 ALTAMONT AVENUE
The Board Reviewed plans for front stair repair and replacement of shingles with siding.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated March 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Rebello – 218 Altamont Avenue - I have reviewed this application for front stair repair and replacement of shingles with siding and find the proposals pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Mignogna moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve front stair repair front concrete to stone and replacement of shingles with tan vinyl siding at 218 Altamont Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 24, 2006.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated March 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Campagna – 51 Sheldon Avenue - I have reviewed this application for roof over entrance, front and rear dormers and new siding and find the proposals pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Ms. Lambert and unanimously carried to approve roof over entrance, front and rear dormers and new siding at 51 Sheldon Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department February 16, 2006.
SCHEUBLIN RESIDENCE – 10 HIGHLAND AVENUE
Mr. Larry Nardecchia, engineer, reviewed with the Board plans for a full second story addition to an existing 1 ½ story house.
Zoning Board approval received March 13, 2006.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated March 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Scheublin – 10 Highland Avenue – This application was reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals and a determination was made that the proposed full two story addition poses no adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a full second story addition to an existing 1 ½ story house at 10 Highland Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department February 27, 2006 subject to Planning Board approval.
MORABITO RESIDENCE – 210 SHELDON AVENUE
Mr. Sean McCarthy, architect, reviewed with the Board plans of a second floor addition over existing residence.
Zoning Board approval received March 13, 2006.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.

Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated March 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Morabito – 210 Sheldon Avenue – This application was reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals and a determination was made that the proposed full two story addition poses no adverse environmental impact.”
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to approve a second floor addition over existing residence at 210 Sheldon Avenue as shown on the plans received by the Building Department March 10, 2006.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Carr and unanimously carried that the minutes of February 15, 2006, be approved as submitted. Ms. Pinckney abstained. Motion carried.
The minutes of May 11, 2005, to be approved at the April 19, 2006 meeting.
