PRESENT: Chairman Perry; Members, Mrs. Byrnes, Ms. Lambert, Mr. Carr, Mr. Mignogna
ANGELICA’S DELI & GROCERY – 31 MAIN STREET
The Board reviewed plans for awning sign in the Main Street Historical District.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Ms. Lambert moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried to issue “Certificate of Appropriateness” for awning sign in the Main Street Historical District at 31 Main Street as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 24, 2006.
ROLAND RESIDENCE – 99 WILSON PARK DRIVE
Mr. John Ferraro, architect, reviewed with the Board plans for a rear second story addition.
Chairman Perry questioned whether anyone wished to address the Board on this matter.
No one appeared.
Chairman Perry reported receipt of the following memo dated February 15, 2006, from Kathleen D’Eufemia, Designated Environmental Review Officer:
“Roland Residence – 99 Wilson Park Drive - I have reviewed this application for a rear second story addition and determined the proposal appears to pose no adverse environmental impact.”
Mrs. Byrnes moved, seconded by Mr. Mignogna and unanimously carried to approve a rear second story addition and revisions to the front of the house at 99 Wilson Park Drive as shown on the plans received by the Building Department January 20, 2006.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Carr moved, seconded by Mrs. Byrnes and unanimously carried that the minutes of January 11, 2006, be approved as submitted. Ms. Lambert and Mr. Carr abstained. Motion carried.
The minutes of May 11, 2005, to be approved at the February 15, 2006 meeting.
