ARB/PLANNING BOARD JOINT MEETING - 8:00 p.m.
1. 41 Hudson View Way ARB approval for the construction of two 4-story over
(Tarrytown Waterfront LLC) parking buildings with 52 condominium units in each; and
two 2-story buildings with 14 townhouse units in each and
a one acre courtyard.
ARB REGULAR MEETING – 8:30 P.M.
2. 20 Browning lane ARB approval for a new bay window at the front of the
(Yamamoto Residence) house.
3. 3 Emerald Woods ARB approval to replace current stone pathways with two
(Liebowitz Residence) bluestone pathways in the rear of the house.
4. 1 Grove Street ARB approval to re-install sign on a new cedar post.

5. 66 Sheldon Avenue ARB approval to repave driveway, replace front porch/steps
(Nutig Residence) material, replace existing fence and paint exterior of house.
6. 7 Main Street ARB approval to replace existing perpendicular sign
(Coffee Labs Roasters) damaged by storm in the Main Street Historic District.
7. 32 Warren Avenue ARB approval to install new signage.
