(Make A Wish Foundation) Sign District.

2. 96 Crest Drive ARB approval of a second floor addition over an existing
(Patsch Residence) first floor addition. (Pending ZBA approval)
3. 21 Halfmoon Lane ARB approval for alterations to existing garage into livable
(Levine Residence) space and new wood deck in rear of property.
4. 3 Eunice Court ARB approval of a portico addition to front of residence.

5. 1 Crest Drive ARB approval of repair to existing front porch and new
(Schnelle-Carter Residence) masonry and stone stoop.
6. 2 Emerald Woods ARB approval of a five foot high wood picket fence and
