1. 16 White Street ARB approval to replace existing siding with new vinyl
(Bottiglier Property) siding.
2. 425 South Broadway ARB approval for sign variance for a 10’ high by 20’ long
(JCC on the Hudson) temporary wall sign.
NEW:
3. 115 Wildey Street ARB approval for new wall sign, new wrought iron fence on
(The Salvation Army) top of 4’ high brick wall and replace concrete steps.
4. 360 South Broadway ARB approval to change north face of building to make it
(Chase Bank) handicap accessible.
5. 11 Park Avenue ARB approval to replace existing 5’ high chain link fence
(Gubitz Residence) with a 6’ high cedar wood fence.
6. 54 Crest Drive ARB approval for a 2nd floor addition and new front porch.
