4. 253 South Broadway ARB approval to replace front entrance doors.

5. 49 Roundabend Road ARB approval to renovate existing driveway to include the
(Rothman Residence) installation of reclaimed historic cement pavers at the base
and sides of the driveway.
6. 22 Halfmoon Lane ARB approval to erect a 6’ high cedar stockade fence with
(Ward Residence) one walk gate (6’ high x 4’ wide) on the right side and one
walk gate on the left side of the property.
