1. 12 Kerwin Place ARB approval for change in siding and installation of a
(Yamamoto Residence) new bay window on the side of the house.
2. 4 Emerald Woods ARB approval to erect a 5 foot high wood picket fence on
(Scherer Residence) the north, south and east side of the property and a 6 foot
high chain link fence on the west side of the property.
3. 42 Roundabend Road ARB approval for relocation of steps from side of platform
(Burger Residence) to front of house.
4. 65 Tappan Landing Road ARB approval for the installation of a solar electric system.
