Continued:
- 117 No. Washington St. ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence) concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
New:
- 45 Tarryhill Road ARB approval for replacement of siding and three bow
(Fixler Residence) windows.
- 121 Neperan Road ARB approval to install a six foot high cedar/lattice fence on
(Cunningham/Levin Residence) the front and sides of the property with gates on each side,
a decorative and pergola at the front of the property. (Pending ZBA approval for front entrance pergola over 6 foot high.)
- 27 Loh Avenue ARB approval to install a 6 foot high cedar fence on the west
(Boyce Residence) side of the property and a 3 foot high fence with gates on the
east and south sides of the property.
- 60 Fairview Avenue ARB approval to erect two stone walls from 20” to 24” high in
(Hunter Residence) the front of the property.
- 24 Hamilton Place ARB approval for removal and replacement of existing
(Occhipinti Residence) siding.
- 15 North Washington Street ARB approval for removal and replacement of existing
(Cannavo Residence) siding.
