1. 15 Deertrack Lane ARB approval for the removal of greenhouse roof and
(Jones Residence) windows, extend one wall to replace/repair rotted wall and
window, enclosure of screened porch in rear of house and
redesign of roof to eliminated leaks.
2. 455 South Broadway ARB approval to install one 27” x 20’ x 6’ wall sign and 6’ x 6’
(Doubletree Hotel) logo on the front façade.
New:
3. 170 Crest Drive ARB approval for the removal and replacement of siding.
(Malone Residence)
4. 29 Sheldon Avenue ARB approval for removal and replacement of existing
(Krieger Residence) siding.
5. 37 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” to replace existing sign
(Legends Realty Group) with new wall sign in the Main Street Historic District.
6. 85 North Washington Street ARB approval to remove existing front porch down to
(Farruggio Residence) existing brick piers and rebuild.
