1. 37 Tappan Landing Road ARB approval to repave pathway at front entrance and
(Morgan Residence) erect an 18” wall at side of property.
2. 3 Halfmoon Lane ARB approval of a second story addition and renovations.

3. 24 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for new roofing and (Chan Property)
gutters, repair broken soffit and brackets, repair roof ledge and dormers.
4. 15 Deertrack Lane ARB approval for the removal of greenhouse roof and
(Jones Residence) windows, extend one wall to replace/repair rotted wall and
window, enclosure of screened porch in rear of house and
redesign of roof to eliminated leaks.
5. 455 South Broadway ARB approval to install one 27” x 20’ x 6’ wall sign and 6’ x 6’
(Doubletree Hotel) logo on the front façade.
6. 38 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for one window sign
(Leggio Property) and one perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic
District.
7. 36 Birch Way ARB approval for the removal and replacement of siding.
(Gerson Residence)
8. 170 Crest Drive ARB approval for the removal and replacement of siding.
(Malone Residence)
9. 86 Roundabend Road ARB approval for 108 feet of 3 foot high aluminum fence and
(Cohen/D’Avolio Residence) 204 feet of 4 foot high aluminum fence.
