1. 117 No. Washington St. ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence) concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
2. 12 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for a perpendicular
(Sol-Mar Corp.) sign and painting of existing brick façade in the Main Street
Historic District.
New:
3. 234 Crest Drive ARB approval to install new front walkway, steps and
(Zagrobelny Residence) paint exterior of house.
4. 20 John Street ARB approval to change brick columns to stone columns.
(Nieves Residence)
5. 11 John Street ARB approval for renovations to an existing building to close
(Aloia Residence) in side doors and change to the roof line.
6. 45 Tarryhill Road ARB approval for replacement of siding and three bow
(Fixler Residence) windows.
7. 164 Crest Drive ARB approval to install a six foot high cedar fence on a
(Nisco Residence) portion of the side yard and entire rear yard of the property.
8. 95 Crest Drive ARB approval to replace existing fence with a five foot high
(LaFond Residence) black chain link fence.
9. 2 Glenwolde Park ARB approval for a ten foot by seventeen foot addition to the
(Cipriano Residence) north side of the property, enlarge and repair existing
garage, new covered terraces and partial second story
addition. (Pending ZBA approval)
10. 1 White Street ARB approval to replace existing fence with a six foot high
(Monzon Residence) white vinyl fence.
11. 17 Mechanics Avenue ARB approval for replace of existing aluminum siding (Crawford Residence) with vinyl siding.
12. 111 Neperan Road ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” to erect a three foot
(Dyott Residence) high stone wall along Neperan Road to create a flower bed
and erect a retaining wall at the back of the property which is
occupied by a Historic Land Mark house.
13. 100 Riverview Avenue ARB approval to replace an existing concrete walkway.
(McNally Residence)
14. 204 Riverview Avenue ARB approval to erect a three foot high picket fence on the
(Endres Residence) north side of the property.
