1.      117 No. Washington St.          ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence)               concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.

2.      12 Main Street                  ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for a perpendicular
(Sol-Mar Corp.)                 sign and painting of existing brick façade in the Main Street
                                        Historic District.      

New:                    

3.      234 Crest Drive                 ARB approval to install new front walkway, steps and
(Zagrobelny Residence)          paint exterior of house.

4.      20 John Street                  ARB approval to change brick columns to stone columns.

5.      11 John Street                  ARB approval for renovations to an existing building to close
(Aloia Residence)                       in side doors and change to the roof line.

12.     111 Neperan Road                        ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” to erect a three foot

                                        and erect a retaining wall at the back of the property which is
                                        occupied by a Historic Land Mark house.

13.     100 Riverview Avenue            ARB approval to replace an existing concrete walkway.
