Continued:
1. 117 No. Washington St. ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence) concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
2. 69 Church Street ARB approval to replace the existing fence with a 6 foot high
(Grant Residence) wood privacy fence in the rear and east side of the property
and a 4 foot high fence with gate in the front portion of the
property.
New:
3. 23 Dixon Street ARB approval to replace siding on the top front section of the
(Mosca Residence) house. (Pending removal of parking in front of residence)
4. 35 Fairview Avenue Amend ARB approval for change in siding material at the
(Merheb Residence) face and under the front porch, change chimney from cedar
shingle to stone, eliminate one window in front and side
elevations and change the garage door from 16 foot door to two 8 foot doors.
5. 60 Sunnyside Avenue ARB approval to construct a 3 foot high retaining wall of
(Coughlin Residence) interlocking concrete blocks across the front of the property.
6. 100 MacArthur Lane ARB approval for vinyl siding replacement on entire house.

7. 109 Sheldon Avenue ARB approval to replace the entrance awning and
(Nyarady Residence) installation of a 6 foot high vinyl fence in the rear of the
property.
8. 51 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” and sign variance for
(Tappan Z Gallery LLC) two signs in the Main Street Historic District. One wall sign
and one two sided illuminated perpendicular sign. Also,
approval to paint the building. (Section 251-11B,C,D)
9. 59 Church Street ARB approval to replace existing siding. Front portion of
(Butler Residence) building to be vinyl shake shingles remaining house to be
Dutch Lap siding.
10. 92 MacArthur Lane ARB approval to erect a 6 foot high fence on the back end,
(Arroyo Residence) south side, and west side of the property.
11. 12 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for a perpendicular
(Sol-Mar Corp.) sign and painting of existing brick façade in the Main Street
Historic District.
