1.      117 No. Washington St.          ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence)       concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.

2.      69 Church Street                        ARB approval to replace the existing fence with a 6 foot high
(Grant Residence)                       wood privacy fence in the rear and east side of the property
                                        and a 4 foot high fence with gate in the front portion of the
                                        property.

3.      75 North Broadway               ARB approval to remove existing four sided cube sign and
(Key Bank)                              replace with new custom ground sign.

4.      54 North Broadway               ARB approval for a ground sign in the Broadway Sign
(Prudential Rand)                       District.

5.      29 Independence Street          ARB approval for new roof, siding, front portico and
(Swibold/Becker Residence)      screened porch in rear of property with bathroom above.
