- 62 Highland Avenue ARB approval for the replacement of existing siding with
(Waldman Residence) new vinyl siding.
- 100 McKeel Avenue ARB approval to install a four foot high white vinyl picket
(Clark/Cohn Residence) fence around the back and side yards of the property.
- 21 Roundabend Road ARB approval to install a four foot black ornamental
(Herte Residence) aluminum fence around the rear and sides of the property.
- 14 Walter Street ARB approval to remove white aluminum siding and replace
(Szalay Residence) with yellow vinyl siding.
- 24 So. Washington Street ARB approval to remove existing fence and replace with a
(Aguiar Residence) six foot high white vinyl fence on the rear and sides of the
property.
- 35 North Broadway ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” and sign variance for
(Bella’s Boutique) a new awning sign and new wall sign. (251.7C(2)(3)
- 29 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for new awning sign.

(Lillis Residence) wall on the south side of the property.
- 1 Archer Place ARB approval for installation of a 3 foot high picket fence
(Wagner Residence) at the front of the house.
- 130 Deertrack Lane ARB approval for front stair replacement and installation of
(Sherman Residence) of a 4 foot to 6 foot high fence at side of property.
