(Hillcrest Civic Association) Village property near the intersection of
Sunnyside Avenue and Neperan Road.
2. 75 Neperan Road ARB approval for a new two-story single
(Rowland Property) family house.
3. 100 Marymount Avenue ARB approval and sign variance for six
(Marymount College of signs. One replacement illuminated sign,
Fordham University) one replacement two sided sign and four new
double sided directional signs. (251.3B)
4. 6 Roundabend Road ARB approval for a 4 foot high steel
(Bazdekis Residence) ornamental fence in the front of the property.
