(Chase Bank) variance for multiple signs in the Broadway
Sign District. (251-7C(3), (4) and (7)

2. 27 Neperan Road ARB approval to install a 6 foot high stockade
(Navarro Residence) fence in the rear portion of the property.
3. Sunnyside Ave./Neperan Rd. ARB approval to erect a ground sign on
(Hillcrest Civic Association) Village property near the intersection of
Sunnyside Avenue and Neperan Road.
4. 1 Division Street Amend ARB approval to change the color
(The Clothes Doctor) of the awning sign from red to red and white
stripes.
5. 20 John Street ARB approval for a new stone retaining wall
(Nieves Residence) at the front of the property.
6. 31 Birch Way ARB approval for a second floor addition and
(McViegh Residence) a 4 foot by 6 foot vestibule addition to the front
of the house.
7. 25 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” and sign
(Edible Arrangements) variance to erect an awning sign on the front of
the property in the Main Street Historic

8. 350 South Broadway ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” and sign
(Iris Nails) variance for a new channel letter sign in the

9. 723 South Broadway ARB approval for a new building approximately
(HSA-UWC) 40,000 square feet for a Church Sanctuary,
Sunday School classrooms and Church offices.
