2. 38 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for one wall sign and
(Hudson Homes, LLC) one double sided perpendicular sign in the Main Street Historic District.
3. 9 Emerald Woods ARB approval for construction of a new single family home.

4. 53 Rosehill Avenue ARB approval to replace and enlarge an open porch, add a
(Clarfeld Residence) three car garage and breezeway.
5. 1 Central Avenue ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for an illuminated wall
(Tarrytown Stationery #1) sign in the Broadway Sign District.
6. 117 No. Washington St. ARB approval for repairs and renovations to an existing
(Fixell/Hudson Residence) concrete block wall and brick facing of the wall.
7. 106-114 No. Broadway ARB approval for a mezzanine addition including porches to (Broadway Tarrytown, LLC) an existing building.
8. 19 Barnes Road ARB approval to build a retaining wall and steps next to patio
(Vercesi Residence) in the rear of the property.
