1. 35 Crest Drive ARB approval for window replacement, siding
(Levine Residence) repair and molding replacement.
2. 6 Mechanics Avenue ARB approval to remove aluminum siding and
(Peralta Residence) replace with vinyl siding.
3. 53 Loh Avenue ARB approval to remove vinyl siding and
(Thayer Residence) replace with shingles, repaint, replace windows
and expand opening of front windows.
4. 63 Miller Avenue ARB approval to erect a one car garage
(Roberts Residence) addition, remove railroad tie retaining wall and
replace with uni-lock retaining wall, extend
bluestone walkway and install new asphalt
apron.
5. 108 MacArthur Lane ARB approval of siding change from vinyl/
(Kaplan Residence) aluminum to vinyl siding.
6. 28 Crest Drive ARB approval for the replacement of siding.

7. 124 Deertrack Lane ARB approval to erect a front portico and
(Derose Residence) house painting.
8. 16 Riverview Avenue ARB approval to erect freestanding stone
(Van Houten Residence) walls on the north and west sides of the
property.
9. 44 Cottage Place ARB approval to erect a 6’ high lattice top
(Territo Residence) vinyl privacy fence in the rear of the property.
10. 48 Crest Drive ARB approval to erect a 3 ½’ to 4’ high
(Rode Residence) scalloped fence in the side and rear yards.
