District.
2. 57 Cobb Lane ARB approval to erect 370 feet of 6’ high cedar
(Edelstein Residence) privacy fence along Cobb Lane side of the
property.
3. Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” to erect
(Village of Tarrytown) a four side information Kiosk on the Main
Street entrance to the municipal lot removing
an existing spruce tree and motorcycle parking
space.

4. 1202 Crescent Drive ARB approval for removal of vinyl siding and
(Talleyrand Crescent Apts.) replacement with Hardi Brand siding for all
buildings.
5. 150 Wildey Street ARB approval and sign variance for two
(Tarrytown Bakery Inc.) awning signs on the corner of the building.
