(Chase Bank) variance for multiple signs in the Broadway
Sign District. (251-7C(3), (4) and (7).
3. 5 Main Street ARB “Certificate of Appropriateness” for a
(Santa Fe Restaurant) replacement wall sign in the Main Street
Historic District.
4. 13 Kaldenberg Place ARB approval of a two sided perpendicular
(Eyebuzz Design) sign.
5. 123 North Washington Street ARB approval for installation of new vinyl
(Falasca Residence) siding and replacement windows throughout
the entire house.
6. 80 Sunnyside Avenue ARB approval to remove one window and fill
(Gottschall Residence) in with exterior siding and removal of a portion
of a second window and fill in with exterior
siding.
7. 91 Deertrack Lane Amend ARB approval for roof line and front
(Cortese Construction) elevation.
