The Town of Swampscott is excited to release a Request for Proposals to sale or lease the Machon Elementary School on Burpee Road. The Town is requesting proposals from interested parties, with statements of qualifications, to repurpose the Property to serve as housing, educational, or community use by complying with the restrictions and preferences set forth in the RFP.
