Be a part of the process! Join the Swampscott Master Plan Committee and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council for the Swampscott 2025: The Master Plan Visioning Forum, the first of four topical Master Plan public meetings. The Visioning Forum will provide the public with the opportunity to learn about the master plan process, share their thoughts about Swampscott's future, and shape a vision for the community. Future forums will focus on different topics including housing and economic development, transportation and public facilities/services, plan implementation and more.
