Did you miss the HSOD Visual Preference Survey on March 25th? Have no fear, you are able to fill out the survey until April 3rd. The survey is in Microsoft Word format and the presentation and survey pictures are in PDF. Simply download both files, fill out the word document and send to Brian Szekely, Town Planner at bszekely@town.swampscott.ma.us Otherwise, you can print and drop the survey off at town hall.
