Provide public oversight of MBTA expenditure through a rigorous , Mass DOT Board policy -mandated review of the MBTA Budget. Evaulate the Authority's annual Capital Investment Plan--Research issues regarding Advisory Board Vote , publish reports for the Board, and coordinates meetings for the voting process..
