The Town of Swampscott Department of Public Works (DPW) is looking to hire 10 high school and/or college aged students at least 16 years of age or older to work on Town property doing various manual labor such as weeding, weed whacking, lawn mowing, trimming, pruning, painting, trash removal etc. This is a temporary, seasonal, non-benefitted position and will run from June 3, 2013 through August 30, 2013. Experience operating the above mentioned machinery is a plus. Applications may be picked up at the DPW Department in Town Hall or by clicking here. Completed applications must be received by the Department of Public Works no later than Friday, April 26, 2013. Preference will be given to Swampscott residents.
