The By-Law Review Committee has completed its review of the Town By-Laws. The Committee reviewed the By-Laws to make sure they are consistent with the Town Charter and to improve the quality of the By-Laws without making significant substantive changes. Most of the changes that are reflected in the proposed revised By-Laws are clerical or cosmetic. The entire proposal will be acted upon at the upcoming Annual Town Meeting and will be the subject of a public meeting on April 30.
