The continuation was opened at 7:30pm. M. Briggs read the hearing notice as it appeared in the Millbury Sutton Chronicle.
The project consists of construction of a single-family home, driveway septic system, associated grading, outside of the 200’ Buffer Zone.

C. Windle called and said he would not be at this meeting tonight.

The Emergency Certificate for 154 Singletary Ave was not issued. A plan is needed for the removal and re-placement of the trees in question.
The Board signed an Order of Conditions for 197 Town Farm Road, Existing Right-of-Way (Worc.Prov.Tpke-Rte 146 area in Sutton) and 161 Stone School Road.
