Chairman Stuart calls the meeting to order at 7:00pm followed by the Pledge of Allegiance
Reaffirm Tax Factor: Present from the Assessor’s office is Joyce Sardagnola & Robert Nunnemacher. TA Smith informs the BOS this meeting, at the request of DOR, is to reaffirm the vote taken at the November 18th, 2014 meeting. There was an issue with new growth due to 1 property; Saint Anne’s Church was always tax exempt but it has recently been sold and is now taxable property. This change added $20,000.00 to new growth. As a result of this change, the Excess Levy Capacity is $6,708.05. Selectman Chizy says his vote does not change, he wishes to keep a single tax rate, Selectman Hebert agrees one tax rate is the way to go. Selectman Hall, Maynard and Chairman Stuart agree with one tax rate. Hearing no further comments Selectman Hall motions to reaffirm the vote taken on November 18, 2014
to adopt a single tax factor for Fiscal Year 2015, Selectman Hebert seconds passes 5-0
Selectman Chizy motions to adjourn, Selectman Hebert seconds passes 5-0
