Present: William Roach Vice-Chairman, Fred Gallup, Charlotte Brown, Emma Smith, Donna Nashawaty, Town Manager

Also Present: Katie Richardson Intertown Record, Peter Urbach, Representative Suzanne Gottling, Leon Davey.
The meeting was called to order by William Roach, Acting Chairman at 7:00PM
Selectmen’s Action
•Donna Nashawaty read the Veteran’s Proclamation to the Board. Motion to accept the Veterans Proclamation and sent to Veterans Administration by Selectman Smith, seconded by Selectman Brown. All in Favor.
•Leon Davey-new Recreation Committee member met with the Board.
Motion to accept the appointment of Leon Davey to the Recreation Committee by Selectman Brown, seconded by Selectman Smith. All in Favor.
Town Manager’s Report
•Donna Nashawaty updated the Board on the Scenic Byway projects.
•Donna Nashawaty reminded the Board of the Coalition Meeting in New London on Monday, November 16th at 9:00am.
Leon Davey-new Recreation Committee member met with the Board.
•Motion to accept the appointment of Leon Davey to the Recreation Committee by Selectman Brown, seconded by Selectman Smith. All in Favor.
•Donna Nashawaty updated the Board on the Town tour to benefit the new members of the Budget Advisory Committee.
Public Comments
•Peter Urbach reminded the Board of the Abbott Library Trustees meeting Tuesday, November 3rd at 6:30pm at the Town Hall Meeting Room regarding the 2010 Budget.
•Peter Urbach suggested to that the Town offer a tour of the town facilities to interested Sunapee residents. Mr. Urbach thought it might help residents understand how the town works and help generate more residents to get involved in the various town committees.
•Selectman Gallup updated the Board on the installation of the “Welcome to Sunapee” signs.
Motion to adjourn: Unanimous Meeting adjourned at 7:48PM.
