APPOINTMENTS
7:00PM-Betty Ramspott-Primary for Executive Councilor
Betty Ramspott informed the Board that on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 a special election for the Executive Councilor position will be held.
SELECTMEN ACTION
•Motion to waive the sewer project sign fee of $20 and the Abbott Library variance fee of $100 by Selectman Gottling, seconded by Selectman Hastings. Unanimous
•Motion to reappointment Elizabeth Webb as an alternate on the Harbor House Livery Committee by Selectman Gottling, seconded by Selectman Hastings. Unanimous.
•Motion to approve the PSNH two (2) Pole Licenses, 5A/12, 5A/13 located on Oak Ridge Road by Selectman Trow, seconded by Selectman Hastings. Unanimous.
•Motion to approve the authorization to withdraw $400 from the Harbor House Livery Capital Reserve fund for motion sensor lights by Selectman Gottling, seconded by Selectman Hastings. Unanimous
•Donna Nashawaty presented the changes to the budget that the Board requested at the November 8th budget meeting. After much discussion, the Board made several changes, which Donna Nashawaty will make and present for discussion between the Board and the Budget Advisory Committee at the Monday, December 2nd joint meeting.
TOWN MANAGER REPORTS
•The Town Office will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
•The Employee Christmas Party will be at noon on Wednesday, December 18th at the Safety Services Building.
