Appointments:
Public Hearing on Montambeault Deed
Vice Chairman Smith opened the public hearing at 7:00PM.
Donna Nashawaty gives a brief explanation of the parcels of land in question.
The Town of Sunapee has been asked to grant an access way to the Montambeault’s. Today’s public hearing is the second one of the required two that need to be held before  action can be taken. At next meeting of March 11th the Board will discuss to vote and sign the deed.
Vice Chairman Smith closed the public hearing at 7:03PM.

Public Comments
John Augustine wanted to know if there was a member of the Board of Selectman on the Harbor House Livery Committee. Donna Nashawaty stated that there was no Board of Selectman member on the committee. The Board has the choice to appoint a Board member to the committee.  John Augustine would encourage that one of the Board members be on the Harbor House Livery so one of the Board members can be up to speed on what is happening with the Harbor House Livery and to help keep the Harbor House Livery focused. John Augustine would encourage someone from the Assessor’s office to come to a meeting and give the Board a general idea of what the Harbor House Livery is worth different levels of usage. The Harbor House Livery committee will be attending the March 25th Board meeting to give the Board an update.

CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
Vice Chairman Smith had nothing to report.

Town Manager Reports
•Donna Nashawaty gave an update of the changes to the Local Government Center. The Local Government Center offers different levels of service, property liability, health insurance, and New Hampshire Municipal Association. The Attorney General’s order required that the entities all separate and operate autonomously. A new board was put in place for each one of the three entities. The Municipal Advisory Committee that Donna Nashawaty was appointed to last year became the new board of directors for the New Hampshire Municipal Association whose service are the league services provided to all the towns and cities in the State.
•Donna Nashawaty received an email from Sheila Whitcomb, Sunapee Harbor Cottages stating what an “awesome” job Craig Heino and the Highway Department have done maintaining the skating rink this season. Donna Nashawaty will forward the email to Tony Bergeron, Road Agent.

Old Business
Relative to the Richard Leone letter to the Board of Selectman, Vice Chairman Smith
reported that Chairman Gallup wanted the Board to be updated in his absence. Vice
Chair Smith related that Chairman Gallup told her that a group had met to come to some
conclusion about what to do next. The Planning Board is the next stop and has been
scheduled. Vice Chair Smith also reported that it was determined that the Planning
Board needed to review the subdivision regulations relative to boundary line questions.
