Sunapee Recreation Minutes of November 8, 2006
In attendance: Chuck Weinstein, Paul Skarin, Chris Williams, Scott Blewitt and Patricia A. Halpin
Call to order at 7:10 pm. Minutes of previous meeting accepted.
Reviewed Mission Statement:
The mission of Sunapee Recreation is to provide programs, activities, and leisure opportunities to all residents and age groups. The focus is on participation, fun and fitness while enhancing the mind, body, and spirit.
The mission statement will be reviewed at the December meeting.
Betty Ramspott stopped by and swore in Chuck and Chris.
We discussed nominating and voting on officers: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. Next meeting we will take nominations and vote in officers for a one year term.
Evaluation of program: see attached spread sheet.
Motion made for Paul to talk with Charlie Hirschberg to look at Dewey field feasibility.
Committee was given evaluation form for Scott and asked to fax it to Chris.
Christmas in Our town December 10 Methodist Church
Newsletter mailed tomorrow.
Basketball has already started and going well.
