- Reviewed second draft of 12/1 Board of Selectmen (BOS) presentation and discussed revisions to finalize presentation.

- Tested laptop and projector to be used for the presentation that evening.
Action and Follow-up items
- Make final revisions to 12/1 BOS presentation.
- Present to BOS at the regularly scheduled BOS meeting on 12/1.
- Request additional data from school administration (e.g., warrant articles, revenue pages from previous years).
- Document ideas to improve summary information in school budget binder.
- Analyze town wage & benefit data and develop insights.
