- Introduction of new members of the committee, Don Bettencourt and David Andrews
- Review for new members the budget process, historical context and timeline for budget decisions and review
- Discussion of key budget items and areas the BAC can help Selectmen make informed decisions
Action and Follow-up items
- John Augustine to set up a meeting with the Town Manager to review the budget process for the Town Budget for the following week.
- Craft a worksheet to help BAC develop better information from town Dept Heads about their budget
