Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes Dated 3/5/08
Present: Van Webb, Tim Fleury, Robert Hill, Rem Mastin, Lela Emery
Absent: Roger Whitaker, Bruce Burdett
Rem Mastin made the motion to accept the minutes of February 6, 2008. Motion seconded by Robert Hill. All in favor 4, Opposed 0.
Treasurers Report – Robert Hill made the motion to authorize Van Webb as Agent of the Sunapee Conservation Commission to accept and sign off on request from Lynn to transfer $22,408.78 from the Conservation Commission Fund to reimburse the General Fund for expenses incurred and paid for 2006 and 2007. Motion seconded by Tim Fleury. All in favor 4, Opposed 0. Lela will deliver the signed Reimbursement Authorization forms to Lynn on Thursday.
Lela will speak to Donna regarding updated address to forward meeting minutes to at the town office, and procedures on files with regards to how long we need to keep records, applications etc.
Members were encouraged to go on the Town of Sunapee web site. All new updated with Dewey woods trail map and the ledge pond info. All the member names have been corrected. Minutes will be posted as well to the web site.
Lisa Bozogan and Faith Reney were present to give the SCC members an overview of the new Library plan, site, and to answer any questions. The parking lot is a pervious surface so no run off. The project will be waved on site specifications under the Urban Renewal clause with the State of NH with regards to the New Shoreline Act taking affect April 1st 2008. Peter White and Rhonda Gurney have been in contact with the DES. Fund raising plan is not set up as of yet.
