Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes December 21, 2011
Present: Van Webb, Tim Fleury, Bruce Burdett, Rem Mastin, Lela Emery, Robert Hill
SCC members reviewed accounts and balances and the details of accessing account funds for projects.
$6,900 is the Change of Use Funds for 2011
The 2011 budget has a balance of $206.50
$15,000 Warrant article for March 2012
Jolyn Johnson came in to talk to about future project plans for the Conservation Commission and also shared his plans for 2012. Sunapee Conservation Commission is supportive of the proposed ideas.
Robert Hill made the motion to support the Conservation Easement Project on the large parcel in Sunapee. Seconded by Tim Fleury All in favor 6, opposed 0.
Rem reviewed an application that was received by the SCC. It is from Natural Resource Consulting Services - Peter Spear. The project is for Borday, Joanne & Robert at 14 Sunnyside Terrace, Sunapee, NH 03782, rebuilding an overhanging deck. The plans are unclear and Rem will invite Mr. Spear to come to our next meeting to answer questions and explain the plan.
Robert Hill made the motion to pay the invoice submitted by Anita Blakeman from Woodland Care. Seconded by Rem Mastin
