Sunapee Conservation Commission Minutes Meeting date October 5, 2011

Tim Fluery made the motion to accept the minutes of September 7, 2011 as written. Seconded by Bruce Burdett. All in Favor 6, Opposed 0.
The new forest management plan has been created for Field Stone Lot. The parcel has been added to the inventory list and the Sunapee Conservations Commission Inventory Notebook. The 26.93 acre Field Stone Lot is tree farm ready. Recommendations let grow and review again in 7-10 years. The parcel has been reviewed on the Natural Heritage Bureau nothing specific on property causing restrictions. Recommend boundary maintenance and improve access. SCC members may wish to explore designated prime wetlands for Sunapee on the Field Stone Lot.
The projects for 2012 lists trail potential on Bartlett Tyler Lot.
Woodland Care submitted a bill for $1,275.00 which covers work from May 20, 2011 through October 4, 2011. Robert Hill made the motion to pay the Woodland Care invoice of $1,275.00 paid from Professional Services, Conservation Commission Fund. Motion was seconded by Bruce Burdett. All in Favor 6, Opposed 0.
