Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes Date March 2, 2011

Robert Hill made the motion to pay the invoice from Colin Brown $101.00 for the recording of Ledge Pond at the Registry of deed. Seconded by Roger Whitaker. All in favor 5, opposed 0.
Tim Fleury will email Beth at ASLPT for clarification on the language of the Ledge Pond Easement.
Conservation Commission will go to the Select Board regarding the Ledge Pond Easement on Monday, March 28, 2011
Maps and an invoice were submitted for the Conservation Commission files of Ledge Pond from Clayton Platt of Penny Royal Surveying. Clayton will record the survey upon approval of the town. Tim Fluery made the motion to pay Penny Royal Surveying for the mylar maps and the recording $230.00 from the Professional Services. Roger Whitaker seconded. All in favor 5, opposed 0.
Roger Whitaker made the motion to pay $100 membership fee to the Forest Society. The Forest Society holds the back up easement to Dewey Woods. Robert Hill seconded the motion. All in favor 5, Opposed 0.
