Sunapee Conservation Commission Meeting Minutes date March 6, 2013
Present: Van Webb, Rem Mastin, Robert Hill, Lela Emery, Tim Fleury

Terri White and Mary Danko spoke on behalf of the Abbott Library and the upcoming 2013 warrant articles.

Rem Mastin made the motion to accept the February 2013 minutes as written. Robert Hill seconded the motion. All in favor 5, opposed 0.

DES Approval for a Wetlands None Site specific Permit for Granliden Community Association was received. SCC no action required.
Permit by Notification for Elizabeth Porter Trustee, 82 Birch Point Sunapee 136/39 add 8-10 yards of fine sand to exiting beach. Rem Mastin signed on behalf of the SCC 2/23/13.
DES Wetlands Approval for the Town of Sunapee Non site specific permit for Lower Main Street. 131/031. SCC no action required.

SPNHF – SCC received a monitoring report for Cooper Revocable Trust performed by Paul Gagnon. This review of the parcel was done vial aerial photo. The parcel is monitored everything 3 to 5 years by a site visit. All ok no apparent encroachment

ASPLT reports raising $13,000+ in a fundraiser towards the Wendall Marsh Project
SCC members will make an informal presentation/update on the Wendall Marsh Project to the Select Board members after the 2013 vote to include new members. SCC will receive a copy of the Deed for review. SCC intention is to provide permanent access and include the condition of the sewer line construction. Language on signage will be reviewed in the easement for future use and posting. Then SCC will hold two public hearings to be scheduled.

Rem Mastin made the motion to pay the NH Association of Conservation Commission annual membership of $235.00 to be paid from the Budget Line item: Memberships. Tim Fleury seconded the motion. All in favor 5, Opposed 0.
Robert Hill made the motion to pay ASLPT annual membership of $500.00 to be paid from the Budget Line item: Memberships. Rem Mastin seconded the motion. All in favor 5, opposed 0.
Tim Fleury made the motion to pay SPNHF annual membership of $100.00 to be paid from the Budget Line item: Memberships (overbudget) Robert Hill seconded the motion. All in favor 5, opposed 0.
