Douty Farm Discussion on substitute motion requirement for the article to be voted on at ATM. Motion by Ed Goodwin tobring forward to the moderator the substitute motion as prepared by bond counsel. Seconded by Kadion Phillips. 6-0 in favor.
Penny Dumas to submit to Town Moderator prior to the start of the ATM. Douty Farm Glenn Colburn, Conservation Agent, and Barbara Search
presented letter from Mass Historical Commission which referenced evidence of ancient and historic period Native American activities may be present within
undisturbed portions of the property.
