1:32 PM Continuation of Dave’s Pest Control, Inc. - The applicant is requesting design approval to reface the existing sign located at 541 Main Street.
1:45 PM Heal, Inc. – The applicant is requesting approval for building and pole mounted lighting and has had a change in font for signage for the property located at 660 Main Street.
2:00 PM Lucky Mart – The applicant is requesting design approval to change the lettering on the existing wall sign for the property located at 122 Main Street.
2:15 PM Yankee Candle – The applicant is requesting approval for replacement of the existing signage on the buildings and the free standing sign for the property 434 Main Street.
2:30 PM Sterling Engineering Co./JMJ Properties, Inc. – The applicant is requesting architectural design approval for replacing the siding and trim for the property located at 79 Main Street.
2:45 PM Cedar Street Café – The applicant is requesting approval for a new sign to be erected on the building for the property located at 420 Main Street.
