In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 11 and the Town of Sturbridge Zoning Bylaws, the Sturbridge Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 6:35 PM in the Center Office Building – Meeting Room located at 301 Main Street, Sturbridge on the application of Blackington LLC, P.O. Box 60, Sturbridge MA 01566. Property location is 572 Main Street, Sturbridge MA.
The applicant requests Site Plan Approval as required by Chapter 25, to allow for the construction of an accessible route and walkway to the units at 572 Main Street.
A copy of the site plan and application can be inspected in the office of Town Clerk during normal office hours. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this petition should appear at the time and place designated.
