3:15 PM The Publick House Historic Inn, Tilyer Property – Continued review of architectural plan for a new 2 ½ story hotel building for the property located at 283 Main Street.
4:15 PM Joseph Daou – Sturbridge Gas – requesting design approval for permanent sandwich board sign to be located at 173 Main Street.
4:30 PM Lauren Pettinelli - Monroe on Mane – requesting design approval for new signage to be installed at 212 Main Street.
4:45 PM Arland Tool and manufacturing – 198 Charlton Road – discuss ZEO opinion on channel letters for address and review design.
4:55 PM Holiday Inn Express – 21 New Boston Road – sample of brick provided as required
