1:32 PM The Publick House Historic Inn, Tilyer Property – The applicant is requesting architectural approval for a new 2 ½ story hotel building for the property located at 283 Main Street.
2:15 PM 198 Charlton Road –The applicant is requesting architectural approval for a three-story multi-tenant office building. Also requesting design approval for building and multi-tenant signage for the property located at 198 Charlton Road.
3:00 PM Journal of Antiques & Collectables & Your Hometown Shopper / South Chamber of Commerce are requesting design approval for a new signage including a new multi-tenant and directional signage for the property located at 46 Hall Road.
3:15 PM Heal Inc. – The applicant is requesting a preliminary discussion of architectural design and sign design for a new facility located at 660 Main Street.
