SURPLUS EQUIPMENT– FISCAL YEAR 2016

The Town of Sturbridge, Massachusetts is accepting sealed bids for Surplus Equipment within the Town of Sturbridge Departments in accordance with the specifications established by the Town at the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, 308 Main Street, Sturbridge, MA 01566 until 10:00 am local time December 16, 2015, and at the time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Each bid must be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked “Surplus Equipment” with Date and Time of Bid Opening and Section Number.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Highway Department during normal working hours from 7:30am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
No bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the opening thereof. The Town of Sturbridge reserves the right to waive any informality, and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, wholly, or in part, and to accept any bid or part thereof, deemed by it to be in the best interest of the Town.
