Stow Board of Selectmen
February 1, 2016
Hale School Library
Present at the meeting that was held at Hale School Library were Donald Hawkes, Brian Burke, Charles Kern, Thomas Ryan and James Salvie.
Also present were William Wrigley, Town Administrator, Maureen Trunfio, Administrative Assistant and Barbara Huggins, Town Counsel.
Mr. Hawkes called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Discuss Article 1 – Amendments to the Regional School District Agreement of the Minuteman Regional Vocational School District
Members of the Board of Selectmen discussed the proposed new District Agreement and it was determined that a majority of the Board would support the Article.
Mr. Salvie moved to vote in favor of supporting Article number one in the Town of Stow’s Special Town Meeting Warrant. Mr. Kern seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously.
Mr. Burke made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m. Mr. Ryan seconded the motion and it was passed unanimously.
